Chief Executive Officer

Alexey has many years of experience working in an insurance company and in loss adjusting. He has been with MatthewsDaniel team in Russia / MDR since its foundation. His experience in insurance industry spans more than 30 years.
Alexey provides overall leadership of the company, he is responsible for strategic planning and handles the most complex technical claims in the oil and gas industry, including damage to or loss of offshore platforms, as well as losses in the oil and gasupstream/downstream, the metallurgical sector, marine losses and cargo claims involving heavy industrial equipment, along with losses arising from cyber risks.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Alexander spent many years in senior positions within Russian insurance companies. He has been with MatthewsDaniel team in Russia / MDR since 2011. His total experience in the insurance industry exceeds 20 years.
He oversees the company’s engineering and technical support, internal IT system, client accounts, and handles claims for companies across various industrial sectors, including metallurgy, oil refining, renewable energy (solar and wind power plants), as well as marine cargo losses.

Timur held various positions in Russian insurance companies in the field of loss adjusting, rising from a motor claims specialist to an expert in complex technical losses. He has been with MatthewsDaniel in Russia / MDR since 2014. His total experience in the insurance industry exceeds 15 years.
At MDR, Timur oversees the assessment of staff performance and interaction with counterparties, he specialises in adjusting losses in the power generation and metallurgical sectors.

Michael has worked in government agencies, commercial banks, insurance companies and brokerage firms. He joined the MatthewsDaniel team in Russia / MDR in 2021. His total experience in the insurance industry exceeds 25 years. At MDR, Michael provides general assistance in financial management and customer settlements.
